"Through this FIF’s outreach programme, we hope to empower the public to approach art by giving them tools and from that provide them with a new lens through which they can learn from the beauty of everyday life. Our mission is to inspire, engage and educate all Hong Kong citizens on the permanent presence of art and culture.
